How can I play it on android? I have Huawei p20 lite.
You should be able to play it right through the game's page without having to do anything extra, just hitting the play button.
If it absolutely doesn't work, you can try downloading the game then playing the file through your phone's web browser.
I can run it online but when I download it and I click it it says that I have to enable Javascript which is enabled.
Oof, no clue there. My only guess is to try another web browser.
