OGMO is easily my favorite level editor out there, which is why it is such a shame that this one bug is making the program unusable for me. Whenever you close + reopen or reload a project, the values of decal objects revert back to their default values. This is not the case for values of entities, which work as you would expect. When comparing the two side by side I have noticed that this bug is exclusive to decals. The position, scale, and rotation are all conserved while the custom values are reset.
