I was a bit worried when I read that before playing (always expect spoilers when reading comments), I thought it was going to be a bit rapey. Thankfully that wasn't the case.
Relationships (especially open ones) are built on trust, respect and communication. Arizona got that from Jacob, she didn't get it from Frank. The breakup scene went exactly the way I wanted it to.
