For Heramael, continue the story of Asmedia.
The other quest should open after you can't get Iza out of the dojo.
im having the same issue nothing is popping up I cant do anything and i have the quest to talk to asmedia for iza
same problems, i can't continue the story with asmedia, there's only the option to spend time with her
