I'm sorry, I still don't know how to ;__;
For the moment I can only translate the menu, I'm sorry I couldn't do more to help:

Nuova Partita = New Game
Continua = Resume
Opzioni = Options
Oggetti = Items
Salva = Save
Termina = Quit

Thanks for that. All in all it is much less of an issue than if the game text were in Italian.
