Pretty awesome gameplay (loved the '300' powerup and the shuriken... storm?), and the art style is pretty cool actually. It's awesome how many different types of enemies you added!
What I noticed is that around round 11 the difficulty got pretty insane quickly- had to buy the super saiyan transformation and fortify the base a bit.
However, I would've liked to be able to experiment right away instead of enduring so much tutorial text.
