Saving the game?

Hi, I can't seem to find a way to save the game.  I tried several keys but nothing seemed to bring up a "save game" option.  I even tried closing out the game immediately after a new day started, wondering if it had an auto save feature, but starting the file up again reset the game.  Any ideas?  Or is this one of those games where you're supposed to "start fresh" every time?

Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re encountering this issue. The game should be automatically saving any time you switch areas. Your experience doesn’t appear to be unique so I’m looking into why this isn’t working. The game saves to an obscure directory but shouldn’t disappear like that at all.

What version of the game are you playing and for what platform?

Ver 2.5 for Windows.  I downloaded it on Oct. 2.

Flash saves files seem to be tied to clearing your browser cache, but if this isn't the case you may just need to allow the game to store data on your machine. Right click the game screen and select "global settings". There should be an option there that allows you to store data "from this site". If you can, let me know if this resolves the issue!

Hi Mars, this worked!  I went into global settings and upped the quota for allowing data storage from "local".  It was previously at zero.  Now the game is saving just fine.  Thank you again!
