What program are you using to open the rar? Have you tried a fresh download?
Rar opener for windows. it was already on my computer and i did. Ive even restarted my internet, computer and redownloaded a bunch more.
I'm not familiar with Rar Opener. Can you try 7zip or WinRAR and see if those can get the package files?
