Very interesting, but quite short, obviously because of the word limit. It seems that the monster will likely take over the protag's life, since the protag starts ignoring their bills, but I wish that had been stated more evidently in the story, since that's only a guess. Still, I would love to see this story extended; it has a very nice start.
