Are there different endings, depending on how you interact with the other characters (assuming you don't get fired)?

I think not, will update if I find out.

I've gotten two endings (haven't been fired, so that's not one.) Play stupid at the end like everything is normal, at the final interview, or say it seems weird, depending on what you did before. I've only played it twice so I don't know if there's more than two, however.

SPOILERS!

I've seen a 'bad' ending, where you argue against the morals of what they're doing and you get put in the cages(presumably to be replaced by your dog), and I've gotten the 'good' ending, where you're told you've been great and he pulls strings to get your dog approved. I haven't seen what happens if you get fired, but I assume you either get thrown in the cages or your dog gets rejected.

It seems like most of the changes based on choice are in how the characters react/what they say. For instance, Martha doesn't ask you to promise to not reject cats if you don't reject the cat from the forms just beforehand. And if you play the model employee without rejecting Alan, he talks about feeling weird and how he hates the mailman and basically barked at him.

There's also if you reject Martha's cat, it zooms in on the cat's eyes and makes you feel terrible. But, you can get the 'good' end even with approving Martha's cat at the end(or, in my case, going "well, I'm already breaking the rules for this one" and approving another animal as well.) I haven't tried doing rejections on the documentary day, though. I assume you get fired, but you might just get a strike.

no it actually dose not allow you to reject anyone on the documentary day cause the boss tells you not to so even if you try rejecting on that day anyway it just wont apply the rejected stamp.
