What seems to be the problem?

Every time I start it it does it start it keeps saying reopen every time when I try to reopen it what does the same

Ok.

Erase the file from the computer and then redownload it, because that seem like a programming error on the computer.

I tried what you suggested but it still doesn't want to work it looks like yeah I have to give me my money back I would love to have tried to play it but the problems is giving me even after after I updated my computer and still wasn't going
