This game was quite a character filled gauntlet that made you used your resources carefully. However, In the hole in the wall you could have put 2 to 3 items to heal MP so characters like Lucius and Marsha don't become obsolete once they runs out of MP.  Also when you retry after you lose the gauntlet starts over with all your characters HP staying at one. You could of have a normal Game Over or completely healed the party to make them try again. During this sequence you could also reset the assets so they are back in place.

Thanks for your feedback Kazuki, but I'm unable to duplicate what you've described in testing.

HP and MP are restored to max if you choose to restart the battle; those actions are the very first two things in the Common event that runs when you make that choice. All events (e.g. slime army) are also set back to their original location. 

Are you sure this is what you experienced? I've played through a few times and all is working as expected, but I may be missing something.

It did this when you choose Main Menu after you lose then you exit out of the menu.

Ahhhh, now I understand. 

I see it now - I meant to set this option to Return to Title, not Menu...it was meant to be a Game Over basically, as you said would make sense. 

I was so busy testing the Fight Again option to make sure it worked properly that I overlooked testing the alternative.

In case you continue to have trouble beating the fight, here are some tips that will enable you to win even without the Omega Potion:

Wave 1: Just use regular attacks, very easy. 

Wave 2- Slippery Slimes: Just use regular attacks, and Marsha's Zapper.

^ doing this should leave you with plenty of Mana to heal and use spells/specials in the next two waves:
