awe thats disappointing :(
I must have messed up packaging .NET 8.0 in the portable version, will go back and fix tonight.

EDIT: instead of packaging .NET 8.0 with the program please download and install from Microsoft :) https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet
Also I fixed some server shutdown issues in v2.1! lmk how it works
