You need stabilizer and hands free mount
First you have to unlock her friend to occasionally pop up in her room at night - have high enough impression during the party and convince her to stay, once done she'll be always on the night of the party and everytime it rains at night (default ~30% chance), but you can use certain item to force the rain hence "spawning" her that night
