Spoiler (the build I used to win) Flamethrower + Diamond + Splinter + the powerup that has a chance to heal you from burn damage is so op lmao I basically stayed at 6 health for the entire time once I got the heal powerup cause any time I lost a heart I'd regain it a second or 2 later
