1. Did you try several time ? Maybe you'll find the farm at a moment (but I must say that I don't really remember this part)

2. You can craft the muscle ointment by yourself, it should be in your potion list when you craft.

U can meet ste After u save him from Victoria and ointment is a potion the same potion u use it when u give a massage to the Orc
