The polish on this is amazing. The pixel art and animations look great, and the platforming controls feel tight and fun. The UI communicates everything clearly, and the pacing guides you naturally without feeling heavy-handed. Even the explanation of the powers didn't interfere with gameplay. The power-up system, in general, is especially well done. Each level feels like a mini Metroidvania where grabbing a new ability and retrying opens up more of the space. Also funny that we both ended up making slime games for this jam haha. This was really fun, and the Slimer win animation is fantastic.

We loved making this project too! It's awesome to hear that you liked it! We liked it so much that we want to keep going with it, just knowing how much unused potential there is with the powerup fusing mechanic. So maybe in a little while, there might be some more levels and powerups to play with!

Certified banger, only wish there was more level or more combo such as the wall jump tech 🗣️

This had absolutely no right being as adorable as it was! The sounds, the animations, the aesthetic, all absolutely brilliant! I really really love this!

Love these slime animations!  Very cute.  The puzzles were interesting too, would like to see more from this concept!

Wow! This was so good and fun! I like the instructions and getting to figure each level out was really satisfying. I like that it’s a puzzle game. It’s also really polished. Good job!

I suggest adding a ‘level number’ if there wasn’t already at the beginning of the level to make the players feel more accomplished for finishing each level.

This plays really nicely! The animation is so nice for a little slimy guy - it feels really good to jump around and fits the game's theme so well.  The concept around using and trading around power-ups is a fun one and demonstrates how some combinations are beneficial or not so beneficial depending on the layout of the level. It's a little fiddly that not all levels require you to navigate and collect the power-ups first, making it unclear what to do on a first run, but this is a pretty forgiving game. It was great constantly being introduced to new abilities - i'd say there's a great opportunity for expansion here by designing levels with more hazards or features that require the player to think about how the abilities interact with each other, or explore a little more. Great stuff for a short-term jam. I had a lot of fun!
