I don't really know what I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to get Joe and his koala to show up. I set the reservation for the room and their party just doesn't arrive with the other guests so I can't even cancel their room to give to another guest without loading back to the Set Up screen. Is there something I should be doing to make him appear?

Hi! Without giving away any spoilers, I'll just mention that you'll learn more about this mini-quest if you reserve a room for Joe and his party, then talk to Wodehouse as usual after checking in all the other guests.

Great, glad you're enjoying it so far! Based on your feedback and another player's, I'll probably add some text or make a small change in the future to make it more obvious that this is all part of the mini-quest and not a bug.
