Hi, I’m Carlos, a game developer and designer with experience in Unity (C#) and Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++). I’ve worked on a variety of projects, including:

  • Moonshade – a multiplayer isometric social deduction game in Unity, similar to Among Us, set in a village where players must find the hidden werewolf.

  • Detective for a Day – a detective adventure built in Unreal Engine 4 using Blueprints.

  • Forbidden West – a 2D platformer in Unity.

  • Donut Escape – a 3D roguelike in Unreal Engine 5 using C++.

I’m looking to collaborate on indie projects, especially multiplayer social games, platformers, adventure games, horror games or roguelikes. I can contribute to programming, game mechanics design, prototyping, and basic art/UI for demos. I’m also open to joining game jams or helping with small to medium projects.

Here’s what I bring to the table:

Hi there Carlos, Were looking to tighten up our demo create SO's, fix some bugs, get our systems all up and running and get the first chapter completed. We've been at this for 9 months started with nothing. Now were getting real close in finishing things up and I wanted to bring on another programmer to help my lead in finishing up the prototype. If things work out good we'd like to keep you on the team if we access publishing funds or get the project kickstarted.      About the project: Unity, Roguelike Deckbuilder with Tactics elements. Isometric art style combat happens on a tactics style grid. Cards are played from your hand to handle actions stamina determines how many actions/movement a unit can handle in a turn.  The theme is Kaiju, you play as a monster who's awoken after a millennia of sleep, and take on a variety of forces to gain dominion over the Earth once more. Backed by an Old God who promises power in exchange for destruction the kaiju mutates and gains new skills and stats as the game progresses.  Anyhow if your interested you can accept the friend request I sent you on discord.
