I was able to unlock the police station but the armory inside has a golden lock on it, anyone have any idea how to unlock it

Pretty sure its unlockable at the moment. When more weapons are added in the game it might be unlocked.

no you need a master key

Yes, the armory itself is unlocked using the key from the sheriff. The back section is unlockable using the Master Key available randomly from the Merchants.

You don't break the bone. You give it (Push in front of his path) to the witch merchant thing and he comes to your base.
