Fun concept! Although I think calling this a LOOP game is kind of a stretch. It is kind of annoying, when i right punctuation and it boots me multiple messages back. But it was the funniest game in the jam!

well done! I hate Leo now!

Developer

LEO wouldn't have it any other way.

I kept an eye on the development posts in the patreon discord during the jam, looked forward to see this come together! It’s truly genuine to the real experience, except much kinder in a way since you didn’t have to say your DOB and member ID 12 times to four people hahaha.

I’m happy that while I did get genuinely frustrated whenever I messed up, the game was surprisingly generous about being able to progress and get to the end of the game. It could have easily become ‘too realistic’ and gotten me just as mad as a real-life CS call haha. I just had to kill Leo, so I’m glad it wasn’t made practically impossible. The art was cute too, I liked the fruit loops. Very nice little package!

I do have to lower my rating for not being able to go to the CS purple man’s house and stab him in his sleep at the end though. No true justice.

Developer

I'm happy to hear that it felt generous to return. We wanted to make the process annoying to win but not hard to recover from. Hence why the questions are asked in the same order each time.

Submitted(+2)

Well that was definitely an experience :D I didn't have to restart much, just a few times at the beginning and it was pretty clear what to do from there. The part where you just had to spam "Refund" was very funny :) I also liked the music, was it inspired by Saria's Song/the Lost Woods theme from OOT?

Developer(+1)

Yes it was inspired from OoT!!! I'm happy someone noticed. The composer came up with that idea and we instantly loved it. Glad you found the game funny too!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! Composer here, I was hoping someone would notice! Lol

I WIN!

This is super interesting take on "loop"! The whole game feels so purposefully frustrating to go through, but when I finally win it felt awesome just to break out of it. I really like the art, it feels really nostalgic and reminds of games like Emily is Away!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! We certainly wanted to "bond" with players through shared trauma lol.

That was weird and annoying, like a real customer service loop ! So I guess well done haha ! I managed to finish it tho ;) Good entry.

I was a bit confused at first but damn everything fell right into place. Very creative and fun!

Unrealistic. Way too easy to uninstall. They didn't even require my social security number.

Seriously, though, fun little game, made me chuckle!

Developer

We actually considered having one where LEO asks for your SSN and chastises you if you actually give it haha. Thanks for playing.

It was fun! I found it really funny and the idea creative.  It was a little jarring how the pixel sizes were inconsistent. Very humorous overall, congrats on submitting.

Submitted(+1)

Oof that was too real. Some good laughs in there and I like how you hid clues around the desk. Fun times.

Submitted(+1)

This game has a ton of charm!  I really loved the humor and I started click around the room to investigate things because I realized it's relevant.  I had some good laughs with this game.

The only thing that stood out to me is the first time I was in the main menu loop, it seemed like options 1 and 3 got switched before it was announced.  I thought it was bugged until I saw the statement about it in the next loop.  Now I just wonder if it was LEO being a jerk.

Great job but I'm getting a Capricorn.

Developer(+1)

It was 100% just LEO being a jerk.

Submitted(+1)

Hah! This was lots of fun! And FUNNY! Had me laughing through the whole thing. Amazing job :)

Submitted(+1)

This game really makes you FEEL like a soulless monster. Also, I'm pretty sure I just played this in real life last week. Great work!

I want some Fruit Luips.

Developer

Never feel bad about this. LEO deserves it, lol. Thanks for playing!

I will never do better

Submitted(+1)

Great one! Sir, this is Wendy's

Submitted(+1)

Think I broke him 💀

Developer

As in you found a bug or just that you made LEO mad?

Submitted

nope, the phone just stopped replying and then game crashed rip

Developer

Oh no! Really? Do you remember what part you were at? We obviously can't do anything about it right now, but I plan on doing a post-jam update.

Submitted

Hm I'm not sure. I tried again and it didn't crash out, think it was on my end, all good

Developer

Gotcha. Sorry to hear you had to start over for the wrong reasons. Thank you for trying again!

Submitted

Its fun!

Peak of  environmental storytelling <3

You've accurately captured the feeling I've had all day trying to get through to another call queue. Amazing as always. Love it, I gave up eventually, but I'm pretty sure that's how I won! :D

Developer

We considered having an option always available to toss your phone out the window lol

Submitted(+1)

Man, that reminded a bit too much of 'getting over it' :P

Submitted(+1)

Great storytelling but my god customer service is so annoying. Really cool game!

Developer

Thank you! LEO is pleased you were annoyed.
