Hi @Kyle-Tok,

Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re impressed with the game.

Regarding your question about playing directly on itch.io, the game requires a backend to function, and unfortunately, itch.io does not support this type of setup for browser play.

In the future, it may be possible to make the game available in the browser if we can rent a server and update the code accordingly. However, this would require financial resources and significant modifications, and we currently do not have plans for that.

As for multiplayer support that does not require users to have a public IP, we regret to inform you that it is not currently part of our roadmap. Our primary focus is on resolving various effects to ensure they function correctly.

Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your support!

I would love to play with my friends, and I understand that as it is right now the "server" is a single lobby. If I uploaded this to Heroku with a web process, would this work? i cant make our IP public but I could pay a bit to heroku just to be able to play this with friends globally.

Hi @Kyle-Tok,

Thank you for your message!

Unfortunately, we are not familiar with the Heroku platform. If it supports running .exe files, it should work.

If you cannot obtain a public IP, using NAT tunneling software might be a viable solution. Additionally, searching for terms like “reverse proxy” or “nginx” could also provide helpful information.

We apologize for not being more knowledgeable about networking. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask!
