Itch.io recently published a new policy regarding NSFW content. You can read it here. While the language is still a bit vague, it’s clear that certain types of adult content might be removed or restricted in the future. What that means for The Life of Me exactly… I don’t know yet. But I figured it was best to give you a heads-up before anything changes.
For now, I’ll keep posting updates here as long as the page stays up. If the game ever gets flagged, taken down, or the platform becomes too risky, then I’ll continue everything over on Patreon. I’ll use the same structure: early access for paid members, and a free public release later on.
If you want to make sure you don’t lose track of the project, I recommend joining either my Discord or Patreon I’ll always keep things updated in both places, no matter what happens with Itch.
Thanks for sticking with me, and I’ll keep you posted.

This is pathetic. What next. Horror games getting removed or restricted because their too scary. But then it's acceptable to show blood and gore, but when it comes to NSFW games it's not. Where will this madness end!
This youtube creator talks about the dangers about this
Very good video and explanation. This situation really is a slippery slope, and the question is how far this censorship might go.
