transmitter issue

Hello all ...
In these times of confinement, I told myself that I was going to start in Drone 3D simulation ...
I installed FPV Freerider some time ago, and it worked perfectly with my Devo 7e remote control ...
Since then I switched to Windows 10.
I already had a lot of problems to recognize the remote control and now I have an improvement ...
The throttle, roll and pitch work perfectly, but no reaction on the yaw ... I tried everything, even disassemble the remote control, nothing helps ...
So I was looking for my old Graupner remote (the one I used with my Bell 47G), thinking it came from there. But not at all ... exactly the same problem with this second remote control.
Has anyone ever encountered the case?
If you have a solution or ideas, please help me.
Thank you in advance to all of you.

Hi, I think it is a good idea to use your confinement time for flying practice.

Here are some general suggestions that often help when one channel is not recognized:

- Make sure you don't have any other joysticks/controllers connected, that might cause a conflict.
- If connecting via USB, make sure you uninstall vJoy and Smartpropoplus if you have them installed. Their driver messes with things when connecting via USB.
- Make sure you have "Heli" selected as model type on your radio. ("Plane" often doesn't work very well).
- Perhaps you can remap the output channels (in the menu of the transmitter) so that it sends to another channel.

(You can also find some general tips in the manual).

Hi ... thanks a lot for your answer ... it work now for the DEVO 7E ... Plane was selected instead of Heli .

Do you know how I can modify this on the Graupner ?

Right now , I fly with the real Mavic 2 pro , and I've buy a DIY eachine Tyro 99 but never use it to avoid crash before training on simulator ... which mode and/or exercices can I repeat to start learning piloting the Tyro99 on the simulator ?

Best regards.

Glad to hear that you got it working with the Devo 7E.

I don't own a Graupner myself and I don't know any specifics about it - I would suggest checking in the manual of the transmitter itself. Or, checking on a Graupner specific forum, or, directly with the manufacturer.

If you can confidently fly FPV Freerider on the "Snappy2" preset (in Acro mode) without crashing, I'm pretty sure you will be able to fly your Tyro99 too.

Joshua Bardwell has made an excellent tutorial series that contain a lot of exercises which are good for both beginners and more advanced pilots.

Sorry for my late reply, I somehow missed your message.
