You can place conveyor belts by clicking on the floor (multiple clicks if you want to rotate it). The goal is to build a path to the goal pieces (with the numbers on top). Once you click start, the building in the middle emits products that age with every step. They have to arrive at the goal tiles at exactly the right time (when their age is the same as the number as the number on the goal).
