Forgot to make a post mentioning that the last version, 1.48b, is now available here on Itch and on Steam. From the release post on Patreon:

"This update concludes the last version, both of which are mostly bug fixes, but there's also some new content getting prepared for adding simple clothing items to the game, along with a new species.

I was initially planning to add some content to the Volcanic biome this version, but pivoted to take care of an older idea. A new species, the Arachne has been added as a source of Silk, an item which will be crucial to creating clothes. Additionally, the Moth's c*m can also be used as a source of Thread, another item which will be key in clothing creation and other items later on. Along with the Arachne comes a new attack, Websling, which will slow enemies movement and attack speed.

A few other new items have been added Monster Dough and Monster Treats, all of which are created using Fiber. Monster Dough can be cooked in a Furnace into Monster Treats, which will extend the duration of visiting Monsters.

This version also contains a number of changes and bug fixes from the last version, and I plan to release another hotfix shortly to address some bugs I didn't quite get around to. Check out the full changelog below."

Are you using that itch download service thing? I can't guarantee that will work, you may have to download the files manually from the download page
