How can i make the police doing something against gon ?
where is the npc that seem doesn't do anything?
If you check your Cassie rescue notes, it'll tell you what you've done so far. If you've met the right NPC, it'll have a note about them.
The Don's role is to keep the slums under control. So look for something that'll mess with that.
