Hello, this happened to me too a few days ago, day 41 too. I think this has something to do with the aliens dropping stuff events. Whenever they come by, Kerfur-O is supposed to get destroyed. Since our Kerfur-Os were in the flesh dimension when they appeared, I think Kerfur is getting destroyed inside the flesh dimension and not getting teleported out of it. Other option is that it gets destroyed when teleporting back into the array. I've tried to go looking for it's pieces but it's been no luck so far.
