How did you choose to implement the Theme: Realm of Nightmares in your game?
I created a nightmarish forest where you have to look for giant moths to take pictures off while a scary creature is stalking you and upon winning you snap back to reality
Did you implement any of the optional Bonus Challenges, and if so, which ones?
i implemented the first one in a way that you as a protagonist are seeing a dream that is scary by nature and makes no real sense
I also used moths as a pivotal part of the game

That jumpscare definitely scared me...Nice entry!
Only game so far that has made me jump lol
Congrats on such a solid first game! I think you guys did a lot of solid decisions, very reminiscent of the early Slender Man games. It's a little difficult at first to avoid the monster, I felt like the constant jingles of the moths were a bit distracting on my first run. Eventually it became easier with practice.
Overall, really fun and scary!
Getting caught got me good a few times. I def jumped the first time lol. Nice job! Love the enemy design too. I think the footsteps could be a little louder.
I love the atmosphere of the game, I like games with a PS1 appearance. Plus it knows how to play with sounds.
The only problem I had playing is not being able to get past the first moth because the enemy was faster than me, but it's because I'm a little slow xD
That feeling of being chased through the woods at night is something I won't be able to shake soon. I think you could maybe add more variety to the objectives, but I like how you used sound and light to guide the player.
Thanks for playing the game
It's practically the first game i ever finished and released
I did my best to not overscope since that always buries my projects
So i went for 1 easy gameplay mechanic and shook things a little with sound and certain events
I am not proud of this game but i am proud i could finally finish something
Let's goo! Awesome.
