I can't find that exe file thing anywhere, and I don't see any settings/apps on my computer that shows anything being blocked, I don't know what to do to get it on my computer :(
Have you extracted it? Using winrar or 7zip?

FOUND IT, IT DIDN'T EVEN SHOW AN EXE.FILE. man I wish I played around with it sooner lol.
