What I liked:
- Awesome title screen
- UI/menus and transitions between scenes feels very clean/polished
- Very unique/memorable game identity
- Juice on killing enemies was well done
- Great particles
- Great models/music, and overall look/feel
Feedback:
- The aiming feels a bit weird because the gun seems to be to the side of the player, so I always had to aim to the right of the enemy for my shot to go where I wanted it to
- Because the camera is in a fixed perspective, there were certain areas of the map where my view was completely obstructed by buildings/obstacles - it would be nice if those faded so that I could see what was happening underneath, or if I had some way of rotating/repositioning the camera
- The combo mechanic felt like it didn't fit with the rest of the game - why should I be punished for body blocking for my chick!? I think the combo mechanic would work better with as some sort of time element e.g. kill an enemy within 10 seconds to keep combo going
- There was an invisible barrier blocking me from going out of bounds - it would have been nicer if it was an obstacle blocking me instead of an invisible wall
- Ground texture looked unfinished
- Performance seemed to drop quite a bit when multiple enemies spawned in
- Score displayed when killing enemies seemed to stay constant even when my multiplier was 2x or greater
