Hi I purchased and downloaded your windows version, however it triggers my Avira antivrus with a HEUR/APC threat?

I am interested to use this to make self running SVG animation for a couple of files. How to get past this? is this really an issue of false positive due to loading library? Instruction?

Hello Euan,

I do not know what is triggering the antivirus warning but I can assure you there is no virus in the binary.

The Windows version does not support SVG export. Only the online version supports that feature. You mentioned by email that you were having trouble with the online version - can you let me know more details about the issue you are having so I can fix it? What browser are you using?

Hello Chris,

I am now convinced the software is not fit for purpose.

I am using Chrome

Google Chrome is up to date
Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

And Firefox Ver 71.0 64 bit
