Please try this (or let me know if you're on a Mac):
- Go to this folder C:\Users\*username*\AppData\LocalLow (you may have to do this if you don't see AppData https://www.technipages.com/show-hidden-files-windows)
- Find the folder "Glitch Pitch" and rename it to something else (this is where your save files and other data is, we may need it to investigate what went wrong, so don't delete it)
- Try playing the game now
