Why don't all games have HD HD+
=> Because it takes time to do. Do you imagine the thousands of hours to create profile for more than 730 games and more and more everyday ? ;-) Also, some games are too heavy or poorly optimized by their developers, and QGO can't always make them better or just a little, so in that case I decide to not make a profile if this is just to gain 100px.
Not all games support the program QGO?

How can I get the premium version, update

=> and when an update is available, there is an update button in QGO to updat ethe app ;-)
