Given the theme I hoped there would be more of those, but so far I only know of two:

Farm with Code (mine, code drone in JavaScript)
Semi-Automated Shipping Company (nice one, program bot by assembling code blocks)

There were also a few "go left, go right" type of games, but I don't count that as automation.

The robot is automated when the line is red, but when its blue you control it!

You probably don't yet know about the automation genre. It's games were you (the player) automate things, instead of doing them manually. Most notable example is Factorio, where you can craft items manually, but you need a lot of them so you build a factory instead.

That's what I hope to find

It's not automation, although one of a few games where you indeed "collaborate" with AI
