It is so laggy that I can barely see or play anything. But the effects seems pretty good! It's just a bit too much for my laptop to handle.
The action in this was awesome and really liked the music too!! Really fun!! Very polished and cool effects too!! :D
One of the best I've played yet. This is an insanely good base to build on. Upgrades for the ai or the spells themselves. Round/Wave system. And harder enemies and occasionally mini bosses. Boom one of the most addicting games ever. And even now its hella catching.
Great Work Guys
Great game, we talked in vc about it. Runescape for the win! 12/10
Cool entry, just wished the VFX was not so on your face, because I can't see the enemies to dodge.
This is really cool. The spells look awesome!!
Looks very promising. I think it could be developed into a complete game, something like Crimsonland. Using magic feels so satisfying, nice job!
Wow, this was really crazy experience, I liked the game!
this could be expand in the future !
Good game design and lots of explosions and goblins! Small performance problems but good game.
This one was pretty funny, would like to see this idea taken further.
Really fun game! The idea is incredibly original and on theme and each new spell really feels more powerful than the other, so great job on the AI too! Sharp controls, pleasing visuals, exciting music and thousands of goblins coming at you to absolutely annihilate with framerate-bending spells, what more can I ask? ^-^
In all seriousness, I will say that as time goes on the enemies really become a bit to much to handle especially for the framerate, but the game is so much fun to play that I didn’t stop even when going at 5 FPS! Also, the fact that you get damage as soon as you touch an enemy with no attack animation in between can feel a bit frustrating at times, but I totally get it that’s asking too much of a jam project. The last thing I’ll add is that I would have allowed the player to push the goblins by moving at the expense of taking damage so that you didn’t get stuck so easily when swarmed by enemies from all sides.
But again, these aspects really do not matter when the game is so darn fun to play and explore: one of the best I’ve seen so far, congratulations to you all! :)
PS: if you ever make a Youtube video explaining the Ai behind it all let me know, I’m sure it is fascinating!
Probably the most epic I've ever felt running away from goblins.
Any game that can convince me to run around in a circle to train a machine learning model for 10 minutes is solid. I understand that everyone is going to have a different experience, but that's really the nature of these things so I hope that you're not too discouraged. I wish there was something like this in one of my early CS classes :]
Very fun, maybe a bit too much goblins but still a very good game.
Maybe a little too many goblins or maybe I'm just not that good, ahaha! Really nice concept, fun game!
I couldn't focus on the gameplay because such fantastic vfx!
I'm just not sure if they were big enough.. wish there could be more on the screen.
Who need gameplay anyway?
I can see a lot of work put into procedural generation of those!
Overall It's a great idea.. just needs a little more work and opacity ^^
Mostly fun game!
Visual effects are a bit too overwhelming though. Also I noticed that my wizard shoots his spells only in one direction. Doesn't seem like it would chenge depending on mouse location or move direction.
The aim is actually generated and unique to each book but you don't have control of it which can feel weird considering we make u click to shoot. Thank you for your feedback and thanks for playing!
Fun game, special effects get a little on the way though.
a bit hard to get the hang of at first but afterwards its really fun!
