Am I allowed to link to a website in my submission? (The website is where the game is hosted.)
Along with this, I want to know if making an asset before the time starts is allowed, because I made an audio file and if that isn't allowed I can just delete it and start again.
I'm pretty sure you can use any assets you've made or that you have the rights to. Not quite sure about your other question though...
