Good job!
Had a hard time trying to master the jump but game presentation was very nice.
Nice game, I enjoyed it a lot. Except for the movement. It felt kinda weird, and I often got stuck at edges. The sensitivity was also really high, and I had to turn down my mouse sensitivity by 3 to make it better. My view also instantly switched to the other side a couple of times, which made me fall off, and was really frustrating. Otherwise, great game!
This is overall a good game, but I would love to see an updated version with better controls. It was extremely difficult for me to maneuver the player around the map since I kept sticking to walls and would miss jumps a bit.
People have already commented about the friction and the fact that you slow down while landing. I agree with them about that, but I think movement still felt good. Was super responsive and fast which is great.
I was confused since the game reseted after I got the gem and I wasn't expecting that.
Well done!
Interesting way of using the theme in puzzle game. It remind me Portal. Great Job !
Hey nice idea, but the controls feel really frustrating, also please use an physical material with no friction for the plattforms ;)
cool little Game! I realy liked the graphics!the only problem was the eges but still greate game! Also check out my game.
Great Job!
Amazing First person Platform with a twist!
The movement is frustrating and the mouse sensitivity is a bit high for me.
Otherwise it's an amazing game
Well Done! 👍
In any case, first of all, thank you for your feedback. Our movement is physics based and there were some problems with that, for example the movement but also that you can get stuck on the wall. The mouse sensitivity was somehow only so high when we had exported the game in WebGL xD. Was unfortunately an hour before delivery, so you can no longer make a setting.
Physics-based movement is so much overrated XD It's kind of easy to set up, which is good in 72h game jam setting, but in the end, the best effect is achieved by precisely controlling the velocity of your character at all times.
In a next game we probably won't use a physics based movement xD.
I found myself getting stuck on edges a lot, but the game was still very fun. I like how the puzzle is hidden under the surface of what seems like a normal level.
Great job! First person platforming is always a challenge and that was no exception here. Loved the premise. One thing I would consider is making that first ladder from the lava just a little higher to make it easier to jump back on the starting ledge.
The evil AI got me killed a few times (obviously) but no more! :D
I really like the visuals. Having some glow on the crystal and perhaps the monitors would make it even better though, I think. I also don’t feel like the crosshair serves much purpose.
The controls could definitely be improved. They were rather clunky for various reasons:
It also seems the game didn’t properly release my cursor at the end which made it hard to close the browser tab.
Thank you for the detailed feedback. The movement could definitly be improved :)
The idea's neat but the controls making it somewhat difficult to play.
i like the visuals and the concept of the game. reminds me of will you snail because of the fact an evil AI is watching you play the game. great job!
