Please explain why your team qualifies for the category you chose.
I already work in the industry as a game developer. I never participated in a <7 day game jam, but I think I should go in the Advanced anyway

How does your game relate to the theme?
Omamori is a japanese charm. It is believed to help in many areas, such as luck, health, protection, pass in a test, etc and is very common in the japanese culture in general.
This game relies heavily on using and depending on the charms you find and how you use it.
Also, there is a charming charm, which interprets the term charm as and enchantment. The charming charm can make the player invincible (very charming) and also can stun enemies (like casting a charm spell)
