Welcome to the second game jam of the semester! This is a fun and creative opportunity for you to make a game based on the project we started in class or a completely new project. You can make anything you want, as long as it is respectful and appropriate.
The theme for this game jam is Tiny World, which can be interpreted in any way you like. You could make your world or player super small, use life-sized toys, or shrink your player and have them fight off huge bugs. If you need help with ideas, feel free to ask in the Discord server. We also have the files from the game we made in the club if you would like to use them in your game.
You can work solo or in a team. You can also invite anyone you want to join your team, even if they are not part of the club or the school. If you need help setting up a version control, then ask in the discord.
You can use any game engine or tool that you are comfortable with. You can also make art, music, and sound effects. The only limit is your imagination!
The game jam will run for 3 weeks. You will need to submit your game by the deadline on itch.io. The game jam ends at the start of the club meeting on 10/26, but we will have time to submit projects for those who need help. Please read the submission guidelines carefully before you start.
If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to ask on the Discord server. We have a friendly and supportive community of game developers who are eager to help you out.
