The game looks super well polished but there are some places where it could be better like the horizontal acceleration is way too high and the velocity cap horizontally seem super high. I really like the feel of the game though

This game looks great and has a lot of polish, but I feel like the jumps are too precise for how imprecise the movement is currently. It is difficult to stop myself in the air, and it feels difficult to land where you want to. With some improvement to the movement, this game could be amazing!

Felt really smooth to play, I enjoyed how you combined the little and large platforms to work together. Good level design, I only struggled with the last level wall jumping between spikes! Great work!

Really nice mechanics and concept with the game topic, just a bit too hard for me.

I threw the character controller up on github for anyone who might be interested how it was done https://github.com/Jonny7G/Unity2D-PlatformerController

This was really challenging, in a good way. Love the design behind the mechanics, it's easy to see the kind of care and creative thought that's gone into designing the levels. Gave me Celeste vibes, which I hope you take as a compliment!

The level design is really good here, it's clear a lot of thought went into it ! The controls feel great, my only nitpick would be the wall jump, I had a ton of trouble walljumping between spikes, I think the walljump height is too low. Other than that, I really like it !

Wow, it's clear you've put a lot of work into these mechanics, the movement and jumping feels very good, one issue I had with it though is the delay there before you can wall jump, when colliding with a wall in mid-air

I certainly had some trouble on the first stage where the door was introduced, when I got through it I was like "Wow, this actually isn't so easy" - I like that there is this challenging aspect to it, there's definitely a rewarding feeling to completing a stage, but I feel like it needs to feel a little more rewarding. Aside from that though I think you've done a really good job here, specially with the game mechanics, well done!

thank you for the feedback.

The air momentum feels odd at times, but the level design is fantastic, super satisfying to clear through, though that point where you have to wall jump up past the spikes towards the end feels unreasonably difficult, i could not gain enough height to pass even the first spike, despite wall jumping from seemingly the same points as the video. other than that, great entry.

yea I may change that part after jam voting. Sadly I didn't get to spend as much time as I would of liked to make wall jumping feel more in players control.
