Nice mechanic! I like it a lot, the only thing is that is difficult to throw cubes and sometimes also to grab them. Also as a Puzzle game is really good!

Developer (1 edit)

I've already begun updating the game and have may throwing a bit easier. You cannot grab things before you record or play back. That way you don't cheat or complete any puzzles before actually starting it.

Thanks for your feedback!

The mechanic seems cool but I'm not able to grab anything 😅 I can see that my hand pushes the small cube but won't grab it with the grab button, am I doing something wrong? I'm not sure that had to be done before or after recording, I tried both ways

Developer

you should be able to grab things while recording or while playing. It specifically doesn't let you complete the puzzle items until you are recording or playing it back. Grab with holding the grip buttons.

Please let me know if you still have issues.

I tried again and was able to get the grab working, though I had to bend over a lot haha. The concept seems very unique!

Love puzzles and love this record mechanic! I'm going to have to hop back on it because I failed level 3. I think audio or visual feedback on touching/grabbing things would be awesome next steps to bring this full circle.

If you have a chance this week to try my game out, I would love any and all feedback to improve gameplay!

Developer(+1)

level 3 is when the real puzzling starts. Visual and haptic feedback would be an easy add when I update the game in the near future.

If you want a hint for level 3 let me know

Yes!! What's the next hint??

Developer

the numbers on the blocks tell you about the order in which you need to throw them through the rings.

Unfortunately it didnt work on my PC (Valve Index)
I love a good puzzle game :/

Developer(+1)

shucks. I'm sorry. Wish I had a PC available to test and fix with. I will have one at work next week

Very cool and unique concept! Need some hints for level 3 i think it is with rings. Can't seem to throw that far even when I throw my arms really fast 😅 Also 1/3 like in unit circle or clock?

Love the button interaction, though some sound or haptics would fit nice to get some feel when you hit em, but that's minor ☺️🌟

Developer

thanks for the feedback. Definitely something for me to work on after the ratings are done. I can definitely add some extra throw power to the blocks.

As for a hint for level 3. The numbers represent an order to throw them.

Love the recording and playback puzzle concept. Such a satisfying experience once you get it. Hope you take this further!

Developer(+1)

I really hope to make more puzzles and eventually get some help making the visuals better.

Thank you for the feedback!

The recording and playback game mechanic is super cool! For such a short amount of time I was impressed by how many levels you got done. My main suggestion is to add some more sound effects, but other than that it was a fun game.

Developer(+1)

Sound was definitely put on the back burning during the creation of it.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the mechanic.
