- Such an original idea! A really strong entry overall. I do wish the tools were a bit easier to use.

Great mix of 2D and VR elements!
Really fun / focused little experience! I knew the objects around me had a purpose but when I figured out how they were useful, I definitely smiled and thought, "Ok, that's interesting!" Nice overall touch with the controller design, the music, and the requirement to use both hands. Well done!
If you have a chance, please check out my team's submission. All the best!
Man it was a great experience, felt like my childhood playing with the NES I really enjoyed. Nice job guys! :D if you have time, checkout my game.
Solid work! The objects were a bit difficult to use, but I managed. :)
Thanks for playing! Could you tell us more about the difficulty you faced? Were the objects not snapping into place when released?
The yellow box worked well! I had more trouble with the dart and getting it to set the area that I wanted. I may need to try it again to give you a better description.
Ah, I think I understand! If you're throwing the dart, the aiming does gets a little wonky. I've had better success with impaling it onto the screen like a nail and releasing it. The dart is supposed to create fire in 3 blocks - at the point of contact and 2 tiles on either side.
I read that you played all 90 games over the weekend so I can't in good conscience ask you to strain your eyes any further this soon :p
Exactly! I tried throwing, then was like "I'm just gonna try and stab it!" which worked much better. It be super interesting to see what other objects you could use for mechanics.
I did, and thank you! I went through and adjusted scores today. So, I don't think I'll be playing more anytime soon. :P
I really enjoyed this, such an innovative idea, I hope you continue developing it. I featured it in my top VR jam games of 2020. Best of luck with the judging:
Woah! Thank you so much for playing and sharing!
I intend to continue developing it, currently hoping to release an update once the Jam voting period ends :)
This was so cool! Probably my pick for best of show here, I definitely see the pixel ripped influence but you pulled this off great!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed playing it :)
You can't play it on SteamVR? That's a real bummer because this game looks meta on so many levels. I really wanted to try it!
The game was built in Unity using their new XR plugin and the SteamVR plugin is.. just not working as expected. A SteamVR release is definitely on the way, as soon as I figure how to make it work.
Oh yeah, there is something really off with the whole SteamVR support in Unity right now. I had to use the legacy system for my game and ran into no end of problems.
HTC Vive User here: Sadly not playable with it :/
Would rate it, because it was sure a lot work and looks so funny! Thanks for your submission!
While you are here I've wanted to play yours, so please check my game out in the button below. I wonder if you can play it with your headset.
Cool game! Original and fun style :). Nice work dude.
thanks for playing!
No problem. Fun times this last week! Check out my submission as well when you have the time :)
Hey all! Just wanted to add theres sometimes a bug when the game starts off, where you cant grip the controller with two hands, this breaks the game as you need to be properly holding the controller to play. I've not had a lot of success reproducing it, I recommend waiting a few seconds before opening your gift box to prevent that error. Do let me know if this happens to you!
