I was thinking the same thing that Jofes commented. It definitely doesn’t give off mysterious/unknown territory as it seems too peaceful and calming. Actually the first thing I thought is that it sounds like that one Minecraft song, but even in Minecraft it’s one of the cheerful cute happy songs, not one of the mystery unknown ones.
But overall, it’s a pretty good loop for an underwater scene, it just lacks a little depth.
Reading your description, I do not feel like you captured the feeling of the great unknown. The song felt too cheerful for that. Ironically I think you captured the vibe of the known far better. Like a nearby coral reef that people will scuba dive to on tours.
its still got that underwater vibe, but like a safe and relaxed underwater vibe.
