I have not played Goth Borg atm so I can't say anything about the grok/balance.

I love the look and feel of the zine. The ideas, places, ennemies fit perfectly in the «Goth Borg» premise. Sometimes the english phrasing is off, in a «non-native speaker writing in english» way, but I love it and I feel it adds to the overall atmosphere of the setting. 

I got Goth Borg in a bundle, and lovely coincidence, Tomas wrote for «Sea's of Vodari», a DnD setting I'm currently playing with some friends.
