Fun interpretation of the theme! Wish there was a way to restart it/ it restarted when I failed the sequence. I can see this being a core "cooking" minigame in a restaurant management game, it would be so cool if at the end of each order you get to see a customer with this wonky looking burger you just made
Yeah, I'd be happy to add a Papa's Burgeria-like customer receiving the burger and rating it/tipping.
I like the art
While understandable that you couldn't do everything in one go, adding a fail condition and making required items spawn a bit more often would make this game top notch. Otherwise good job! Also love how high you can stack them and the combination
Thanks! Yeah, the 3 hour deadline was a major issue haha
Really enjoyed this and a fun setting/theme. I think a difficulty curve would really bring this together but awesome job getting this done in under 3 hours. Also really liked the music choice!
Thank you! I'll probably add a difficulty curve after the ranking period is over
Game does fit the theme with the left and right control scheme.
Enjoyed trying to stack burgers, couldn't really tell how the scoring system worked as my random collection of burger parts once scored a three and my correctly ordered and stacked burger only scored a 2 in one play through.
Solid music choice for the game.
Thanks, the way it works is that you get a point per layer matched (without including the base layer, since that's always the same) so probably the burger you stacked correctly had fewer layers than the random one, while the random one just happened to have 3 correct layers. The points system definetly needs some work.
Incredibly fun game! Maybe make more toppings come down at the same time? I also think there should be a fail condition to not rack up your score to infinity. Very well done!
Thank you! I wanted to add these features to my game, but it took me around 2.5 hours to complete the whole game idea, then half an hour for final touches and polishing, so unfortunately finetuning the gameplay and adding a fail condition was out of the deadline
