Nice idea. I like the art style of the characters. And how everyone is standing in the middle of a street intersection, :-) It's difficult to know if people are hit by the rain, it takes long before there is a visual clue (turning green). Also, I didn't understand exactly what the difference is between the green and gray cloud.

In the new version, the citizens will have an alert status with the gray cloud, sadly we couldn't bring this mechanic to this 3h version. Also, the visual feedback was improved on the new version.
The hitboxes of the people are a little janky and they walk very slow. . . Also I didn't hear any SFX but maybe that's on my end?
Indeed the SFX was added after the 3h+, I noticed this after our submission.
So, the SFX just will be on the new version we will upload after the jam :/

I got 35 points. The hitbox for the rain feels a bit janky, I had no idea of when it was or wasn't hitting people. The movement of the crowd is really slow and uniform, and combined with the lack of any audio, it gets quite monotonous. It's a fun idea to have the player control the acid rain. The artstyle is quite nice too.

Thanks for your feedback! This was my first time as an artist and I was a little afraid to make it, even more in a short time.
We added more visual feedback and decreased the time to kill the people in the game after this submission, when the jam ends we will publish this new version.
I got 55 points. Still I'm not sure what's the difference between the light gray and white clouds. They basically seem the same.
The citizens are very slow so you have to wait quite long without being able to do anything and it takes really long for the clouds to take anyone out. Maybe it would be better if there were more citizens but with less health? Also maybe you could make it so the citizens run away faster the closer the cloud is so then you could get some more strategy involved?
It's a bummer that there isn't any apocalyptic music, because that would be cool.
Other than that I like the idea, and the graphics.

Oh yeahh! An music would be great in the game, in the 3h+ version there will be a ambience sound loop, also, people will start running away from the cloud when it’s light gray.
Nice score!! In the new version will be better to make high scores as I changed the time to kill them, also the citizens speed was modified to have better gameplay.
Currently, the "strategy" is to switch the weather, using the white cloud to bring the citizens to the middle of the screen, then switch to the gray and start to rain to kill as much as you can before they run away from the screen.
In the new version, the citizens will have an alert status with the gray cloud.
Indeed the apocalypse music would be a better choice, sadly we already used some rain/city loops,
