Polished and cosy visual & audio design, but gameplay-wise nothing stops you from keeping the heat low forever. Nevertheless, good job!
That's true, I'm not planning on continue developing this game, but I can imagine work shifts, and performance reviews. If your performance is good, then you get promoted and get to operate more complicated machines.
This is "high risk high reward" distilled to perfection in such a short period of time, good job!

I think to solve the problem you just need to edit the game on itch.io and select "Click to launch in fullscreen" in the "Embed options".
I changed the resolution numbers and also added the fullscreen button
