Very satisfying hit sound and screen shake. Perhaps over time you could start speeding game up or randomize where the plants/monsters spawn (as in from the top and bottom too).

The sound an screen shake was very satisfying. I thought the art had a lot of character too. As a follow on, I think it would be interesting to add a penalty for not hitting the monsters and have them speed up over time.

The art in this game is great! The audio and screen effects are awesome as well.

Love the simplicity and beautiful art, to spice it up, you could vary the hue of the bad plants to trick the player. My highest score was 13,660. They really are cool plants!
