Difficult game! I think the walls might be misaligned with the collision boxes? Kept dying when I was standing way off from the top wall. Other than that, pretty nice! Lots of variety in attacks, good stuff

Hey man! Yeh your correct about the walls, the box colliders for the back walls were a bit misaligned after building the game, along with the text that shows your health (idk how that disappeared while it was on itch.io), but yeh definitely some bugs to fix. Thanks for the feedback!

I love spiders so much. I am sad there wasn't an option for a peaceful resolution. I am of course kidding, good work!

Hey. yen I was on the verge of that 3 Hour mark (as that was the challenge) and decided to spend it adding those animations to the spider and tweaking some bugs,  there's a good chance I'm going to continue this as an official game and would be able to add things like a reset button.

i feel like this could be a steam release in the future the game idea is there and if you add some story, some levels, an other cool unique features it could be a great 2d steam release, i suggest focusing on the story because i feel like that could set your game apart from others. A unique and easy to follow story with lore :)

Wow man thanks a lot. Yeh I’ll definitely focus on the story, I’ve continued to work on the base game so far though, (added that reply button and an extra gun unlock when you defeat the spider) and some extra animations. Right now I’ve got an idea of each level there’s four bosses, and once you defeat all you advance to the next one, it continues to get harder until you play the final boss. You also obtain upgrades and additional storyline’s while advancing, I’ll probs add like villages and townsfolk where you can complete quests to unlock extra upgrades. Thanks for the kind words :)
